Puto Seko is a common pasalubong item that you may have tried from a friend, or if you’re from the province of Quezon, this is a common snack item found in snack stands. Puto Seko or “coconut milk biscuits” is a bite-size snack that is made of cornstarch and sugar. It is smooth and powdery, which can be easily mistaken for the widely-popular Filipino snack, polvoron.

Ingredients: Corn starch, cane sugar, wheat flour, vegetable shortening (hydrogenated coconut and/or palm oil), coconut milk, desiccated coconut, eggs, leavening: E503, E500, iodized salt.
